How It Works

1. Source Nationwide
We run two national graduate intakes per year (March/April & August/September). Graduates apply and interview once.
2. AI Interviews
Every candidate completes 6 personalised + 1 baseline AI question. We transcript everything for rich context beyond the resume.
3. Standardise + Remove PII
Our Candidate Categorisation Matrix (CCM) removes names, photos, and other personally identifiable information to minimize bias.
4. Search in Natural Language
Describe what you're looking for in plain English. Our AI ranks candidates by fit. No more sifting through hundreds of resumes.
5. Unlock Candidate
When you find a strong match, unlock their full profile to view their video interview, resume, and contact details. Having at least one token gives you unlimited access to unlock candidates. We've partnered with Testgrid so you can optionally purchase and send them psychometric tests directly through Gradus.
6. Report Your Hire
When you successfully hire a candidate, spend a token to report the hire. This removes them from the database and triggers their $300 signing bonus.

Token Pricing

Tokens give you access to the platform and are used to report hires and remove candidates from the database.

$3,500 per token

  • Minimum 1 token to access the platform
  • Spend each token within 30 days of contract signature
  • Refund on unused tokens at year-end

Bulk Savings

  • 5–10 tokens: 5% off
  • 10–20 tokens: 10% off
  • 20+ tokens: 15% off

Note: This pricing is limited for the 2026 round and subject to change for future rounds.

Legal Note

When you unlock a candidate, you agree to a 12-month attribution window. If someone else refers a candidate after you have already unlocked them, or if the candidate applies directly to your company through other channels, and you continue with the hire, you must still report the hire on Gradus and spend the token. Initial discovery through Gradus takes precedence. See our Terms of Service for full details.
